About The Position

We are seeking a proactive and organized Trainer to develop and implement effective training programs tailored to employees’ individual learning styles and job roles. This position plays a key role in ensuring employee success, product quality, and overall operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of production processes, and a positive, team-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage training programs based on employee needs and preferred learning styles.
Participate in daily production meetings to review job process requirements and align training priorities accordingly.
Assist with new employee orientation and onboarding.
Provide clear, respectful, and hands-on training in both individual and group settings.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area at all times.
Monitor and support daily production needs, including conducting duct testing as required.
Identify, track, and help resolve repetitive issues affecting product quality or employee performance.
Support quality assurance initiatives by identifying defects, addressing concerns, and ensuring standards are met.
Communicate positively and professionally with all team members and departments.
Manage time effectively to meet training deadlines and production goals.
Maintain a positive, solutions-oriented attitude in a fast-paced environment.
