Production Trainer B-shift
About The Position
Directly trains and coordinates the activities of production employees in the assigned area following all product specifications and company policies Follows up and reinforces information provided to new employees in orientation Thorough knowledge and understanding of position requirements of assigned line/department and competently demonstrates the skills of each position on the line Adheres to all workplace and food safety policies and procedures outlined by the company and required by federal, state, and local laws Develops a competent workforce by utilizing hands-on training methods in the work area Evaluates trainee progress and maintain records of trainee’s progress and achievements Communicates and collaborates with all levels of management within the organization In the absence of a supervisor, supervises and coordinates the activities of production employees under the direction of a general supervisor Communicates effectively with all employees and provides direction, instructions, and feedback based on the experience level of the employee Follows up and provides appropriate feedback and recognition based on level of performance
