Requirements

Responsibilities
- Standing and walking at least 10 or12 hour shifts per day
- Operating in non-climate-controlled environment (hot in the summer, cooler in the winter)
- Moderate lifting up to 33 pounds unassisted
- Safely use air/power/vibrating tools and machinery
- Operate and perform minor maintenance on die cast machines.
Benefits
- Starting hourly rate of $23.00 with a grow-in rate up to $32.50/HR
- $1.50/HR Shift Differential for 2nd shift
- KPI and Quarterly attendance bonus
- Weekday Days, 6am-4:30pm, Monday through Thursday
- Weekday Nights, 8pm-6:30am, Monday through Thursday
- Weekends Days, 6am-6:30pm, Friday through Sunday
- Weekend Nights, 6pm-6:30am, Friday through Sunday
- Weekend Production Team Members receive shift premium. (work 36 hours, but get paid the same as lateral 40-hour Production Team Members)
