  • Coordinate all operational aspects of the project with no direct location supervision.
  • Oversee the Well Testing equipment and all actions of the crews.
  • Maintain all operational activities and equipment use in line with project requirements.
  • Fulfill responsibilities under the guidance of the Operations Supervisor / Country Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with all HSEQ / procedural issues during the project.
  • Coordinate equipment and crews during rig up and rig down operations.
  • Oversee operational crew activities and ensure safety precautions are followed.
  • Mentor and impart knowledge to operators and trainees.
  • Document all maintenance performed in the field.
  • Prepare and discuss repairs / maintenance reports with the Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Assist Operations Coordinator with pre-activity safety meeting preparation.
  • Ensure compliance and implementation of all HSE procedures.
  • Coordinate all procedures, shutdown systems, choke manifold, and separation activities onsite.
  • Maintain records of consumables in accordance with system checks and contractual requirements.
  • Complete relevant records for Operations Coordinators post well reporting.
  • Collect manual data and safety records as backup to computerized reports.
  • Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
  • Interpret Process and Instrument Diagrams.
  • Write reports and give presentations, conduct meetings.
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • 7+ years' experience in a related field.
  • Submit to and satisfactorily complete pre-employment background, medical, alcohol, and drug screening.
  • Possess a valid Driver's License.
  • Able and willing to work a rotating shift schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.
  • Able and willing to work in inclement weather, climb structures, perform work at heights, and in enclosed spaces.
  • Able and willing to work both independently in remote locations and in a team environment.
