Requirements

  • 2 year electronic technical degree, or equivalent experience
  • 4 - 6 years experience in manufacturing testing
  • Ability to follow oral and written guidelines as well as read & understand spec sheets & Test plans
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent Computer skills, specifically SAP and MS office
  • Knowledge of RF & DC measurements
  • Knowledge of ESD procedures
  • Due to ITAR regulations, only candidates who are U.S. Persons (U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, lawful permanent residents, or individuals granted asylum or refugee status) will be considered for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Perform testing on RF/Microwave devices per test plans
  • Perform DC testing on diode devices per test plans
  • Set up manual and automatic test configurations to perform pass/fail tests per test plans
  • Support troubleshooting of test stations and assist in resolving technical issues promptly
  • Maintain and manage test fixtures inventory to ensure availability for production needs
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to assemble and validate new test fixtures
  • Perform rework and repairs on damaged test fixtures to restore functionality
  • Ensure all lab test equipment remains within calibration cycle to meet ISO certifications requirements
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with 6S principles
