About The Position

Agilent is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Production Test Technician to support various aspects of our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will perform a broad range of duties including production, testing, repair, quality control, and administrative support related to materials handling. You’ll be part of a collaborative team responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality and reliability standards.

Requirements

• Some higher education, specialized training, or certification preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically 1–3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and safety guidelines.
• Basic understanding of production and test processes; ability to interpret test results.
• Familiarity with quality control principles and ERP systems is a plus.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of support tasks within the manufacturing environment to ensure efficient operations.
• Participate in production activities including assembling, filling, measuring, mixing, testing, and performance verification of Agilent products.
• Conduct routine testing of assemblies and finished products; interpret test results and perform routine repairs as needed.
• Perform quality inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to verify compliance with Agilent’s standards.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company standards.
• Enter and access information in the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system as required.

Benefits

• Full-time equivalent pay range of $22.22 - $34.72/hr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits.
