About The Position
DroneShield is seeking a Production Technician to join our expanding Production Team in Warrenton, VA. This role is critical as we respond to increased production quantities and the complexity of our products. As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and testing DroneShield products, which are at the forefront of counter-drone technology. You will work on established products and collaborate with the Tech Team on the testing and development of products in various stages of research and development (R&D). The ideal candidate will possess a holistic understanding of the technology involved and have experience with electronics and RF. A significant part of this role will involve hand soldering, and experience in soldering cables and PCBAs is a must. You will report primarily to the VP of Design and will work closely with other members of the Production Team, Design Team, and Procurement Team. This position is perfect for someone with excellent attention to detail and a passion for technology, looking to develop their career in a fast-moving ASX-listed defense technology company.
