Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Resident Card (Green Card) is required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Highly motivated with problem-solving skills.
• Organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• 3 years' experience preferably from manufacturing and construction environment.
• Preferred 2-3 years of trade skills field (Carpenter, Painter, Mechanic, or Home Finisher).
• Knowledge in composite materials and processes such as carbon fiber, fiberglass, resin infusion, vacuum bagging, and mold making.
• Ability to operate a forklift.

• Desired hobby interests: Team sports, arts and crafts, mechanics, wood working, gardening, building model cars, planes, or ships, small engine repairs and playing instruments.

Responsibilities

• Read, write and follow instructions, as well as perform basic math.
• Pay close attention to detail and see tasks to completion.
• Work with measuring devices such as tape measures, speed squares, and framing squares.
• Learn to use tools such as grinders, saws, routers, and sanders.
• Handle chemicals and solvents safely.
• Work well with other team members.
• Manage time effectively and communicate well.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain safety consciousness.
