About The Position

At Cardinal IG - Roanoke, we share values of Safety, Positive Attitude, Work Ethic and Integrity. We are looking for production technicians to join our team that share our values. Shift Options: 1st - Mon-Fri, 7:00am - 3:00pm 2nd - Mon-Fri, 3:00pm - 11:00pm 3rd - Mon-Fri, 11:00pm to 7:00am

Requirements

• Team player with a commitment to safety and quality
• Good mechanical aptitude.
• Manufacturing experience helpful but not required
• Must have basic math and computer skills
• Must have good communication skills
• Ability to follow work policies and procedures with an attention to detail
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position and pass the required pre-employment physical testing and drug-screening
• Must be able to stand and walk for 8 hours per day
• Must be reliable with excellent attendance
