Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in restoration, construction, or a related industry preferred.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in physically demanding conditions.
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and customer service skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts.

Nice To Haves

Certification in water damage restoration (IICRC) is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Perform water, fire, and mold damage restoration services efficiently and effectively.
Use specialized equipment for drying, dehumidification, and cleaning.
Document job progress and maintain accurate records of services rendered.
Communicate with clients to explain processes and ensure satisfaction.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during all operations.
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills.
