About The Position

The Production Technician works in all areas of Production which includes, working with composite structures, producing complex assemblies, tape wrapping, and compression molding. Requirements

2-3 years of experience preferred.
Ability to lift 50lbs.
Repetitive motion

Responsibilities

Complete work orders/travelers when they are scheduled to be finalized.
Utilizing ISO 9001/AS9100 standards.
Understand the production process in the various areas which include tape wrapping, cutting, and compression molding and hand layup of composites.
Measure and visually inspect products for surface and dimension defects to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments.
Mix and measure resin and adhesive.
Adjust temperature controls of ovens.
Review blueprints or other instructions to determine operational methods or sequences.
Maintain production or processing equipment.
Use of upper body mobility, such as bending, use of arms and hands, and standing for the majority of the time.
