Join us and be part of a team that values purpose, curiosity, and excellence in everything we do. We are seeking to expand our operations by adding 1 additional employee to be cross-trained in two of our production departments on the split first shift schedule (12pm – 8pm or 1pm – 9pm, M-F). This position will train on the day shift for 6-8 weeks and then transition to the split first-shift schedule thereafter. This is a hands-on shop role assembling and masking parts for aerospace coating work — strong attention to detail and precision masking are must-haves. You’ll use basic tools, keep your area clean, be trained to wear a tight-fitting respirator, and cross-train to support paint and coatings operations when needed.
