Your main focus as our entry-level Production Technician is to accurately cut and assemble hydraulic hoses according to customer specifications and company procedures. You'll use various types of tools and equipment to get the job done while closely following all safety protocols and quality standards. You can expect to: Follow production guidelines to accurately assemble product parts Identify nonconformance of products and find solutions for working through them Complete and submit detailed inspection paperwork Wear all PPE and keep your work area neat and clean Participate in cross-training opportunities to learn other areas of the business Serve as a positive example for your teammates, meet performance targets, and ensure work aligns with our company's vision, mission, and values Join a team that will invest in your growth and development! Requirements

  • 18+ years old
  • Ability to use equipment and tools like saws, crimpers, forklifts, etc.
  • Ability to accurately read and interpret technical work instructions and documents
  • Physical ability to safely lift 50 lbs. using proper lifting techniques
  • Ability to apply basic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing) and use/read tape measures/digital calipers
  • Ability to type 25+ wpm
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and follow standard company practices
  • Forklift certification (preferred); we will provide training!
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
