We're seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Production Technician who's ready to work hard, learn quickly, and grow with us. Wholesale Production Technician – Job Description The Production Technician supports the manufacturing, packaging, and quality control of cannabis products for wholesale distribution. This role works closely with the production team to ensure products are produced efficiently, meet internal quality standards, and remain compliant with state regulations. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Requirements

• Strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to follow procedures
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks

Nice To Haves

• Production, warehouse, or cannabis experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist with production and packaging of cannabis products following SOPs
• Operate production and packaging equipment safely and accurately
• Ensure products are properly packaged, labeled, and compliant
• Perform visual quality checks and maintain accurate records
• Keep work areas clean and support daily production goals
