About The Position

As a Production Technician, you will be an essential part of Fischer Homes’ construction process as you produce and maintain construction documentation in a BIM environment. In this role, you will coordinate documents required for permit and construction ensuring that superintendents have materials, labor, and accurate plans to complete homes. Nice To Haves

Revit experience highly preferred
Working knowledge of Excel and Data Analysis

Responsibilities

Produce plans and construct details accurately, timely, and within Fischer Homes standards.
Deliver complete and accurate drawing set(s), and coordinate documents required for the building permit process to the Permit Department.
Provide details of recurring issues and problems to appropriate departments to proactively solve future problems.
Demonstrate creativity by finding new and/or better solutions, within Fischer Homes guidelines, to new or recurring problems.
