About The Position

Formative 3D is seeking a Production Technician to support hands‑on manufacturing operations at our new production facility. In this role, you’ll contribute directly to the creation of modular, 3D‑printed furniture by supporting post‑processing, assembly, packaging, and general shop operations. Requirements

1+ year of experience in a hands‑on production, fabrication, warehouse, or manufacturing role
Comfort using hand tools, power tools, and basic shop equipment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Dependable, self‑motivated, and eager to learn

Nice To Haves

Experience with 3D printing or furniture assembly—or a willingness to learn—is a plus

Responsibilities

Perform post‑processing on 3D‑printed parts, including hole drilling, sanding, and surface finishing
Assemble modular furniture components according to technical drawings and SOPs
Package finished products securely and efficiently for shipping
Assist with general production and labor tasks, including material handling, shop organization, and equipment upkeep
Conduct quality checks to ensure parts meet visual and dimensional standards
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Collaborate with team members to improve workflow and production efficiency
