Generally, the company does not anticipate temporary layoffs to last more than a total of 90 days however each temporary layoff is based on volume and business needs and could vary based on the situation. During temporary layoff, the company will maintain your elected benefits (medical, dental, and vision) at the active employee rate for up to 90 days of which the company pays for. Employees out on temporary layoff will be expected to be prepared to return to work at any time when the company requires.
