About The Position
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our team. In this role, you will help assemble, test, and support the packaging of products following company and customer requirements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a 2-year technical degree is preferred.
- Basic understanding of electronics and mechanical assembly.
- Familiarity with computers and troubleshooting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
- Good communication skills and team mindset.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, and use hands for repetitive tasks.
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally.
- Visual requirements include close and color vision.
Nice To Haves
- Soldering skills are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and test products based on set guidelines.
- Calibrate units using engineering standards.
- Assist with packaging of products as needed.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to support production goals.
