About The Position

Harmon is looking for hands-on Production Technicians to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll help fabricate curtainwall components used in commercial buildings across the country while working alongside a skilled team in a fast-paced production environment. If you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, and keeping production moving, this could be a great fit.

Requirements

2–3 years of experience in manufacturing, fabrication, production, or assembly
Ability to read shop drawings or blueprints
Basic math and computer skills
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
Ability to walk, bend, twist, and climb occasionally
Lift, push, and pull 30–60 lbs
Work safely while meeting production schedules

Responsibilities

Support daily production on the manufacturing line to keep output running efficiently
Work in multiple areas of the fabrication process including assembly and glazing operations
Read and follow shop drawings and blueprints
Inspect parts to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy
Follow project-specific production and quality procedures
Share best practices and assist teammates when needed
