As a Paint Production Technician, you will help ensure each batch is flawlessly mixed and prepared.

Requirements

• Ability to work second shift hours
• 2:30-11 p.m. Monday-Friday
• Possess general problem solving and math skills
• A keen eye for detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Complete pre-employment testing to include:
• Background and health physical
• Cognitive ability and color blindness testing

Responsibilities

• Pour pigments, make tints, and use a formula to create an exact color, consistency and texture
• Conduct test sprays to ensure quality and customer expectations are met
• Prepare orders into the proper sized containers.
• Operate a forklift – shipping/receiving and material handling
