About The Position

Stand-By Personnel is seeking a skilled Production Technician to support a specialized manufacturing facility in Seneca, MO. The Production Technician will perform precision assembly, inspection, and testing of components according to engineering drawings and specifications.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must be able to obtain ATF clearance for work in an Energetic Devices Facility
• Must pass an extensive background check and drug screen (no felony history)
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
• Proven record of excellent attendance and reliability

Nice To Haves

• Task-specific certifications preferred (electronics soldering, spot welding, crimping, laser welding, ESD, brazing, etc.)
• Experience with manual or automated assembly equipment preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical assembly, potting, soldering, and spot welding
• Assemble products per blueprints, drawings, and engineering specifications
• Operate and program specialized equipment such as laser beam welders, helium leak testers, and digital X-ray systems
• Process electrodes including cleaning, sorting, and cell assembly
• Operate production equipment including wrappers, winders, servo presses, and hydraulic presses
• Conduct quality self-inspections to verify accuracy
• Record and organize process and product data
• Follow all safety and quality procedures while meeting production deadlines
