We’re hiring Production Technicians across multiple departments, including:
Lab/ Quality (materials testing & quality verification)
Core Room (core machine operating & core processing)
Melt Line (hot iron handling / production flow)
Maintenance Support (entry level machine maintenance / cleaning)

Requirements

• Reliable. Shows up ready to work.
• Follows direction and established processes
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, industrial environment

Nice To Haves

• Mechanically inclined is a plus
• Previous manufacturing or foundry experience is helpful, not required

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Perform material handling and support production flow
• Inspect, process, and verify components to spec
• Follow standardized work instructions and safety procedures
• Record and communicate accurate production data
• Work as part of a team to keep operations running efficiently
