Requirements
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and commitment to safety and quality.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with shifting priorities.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform physical tasks.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with orbital welding systems and measuring tools preferred
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain equipment, including setup, calibration, and troubleshooting.
- Performs specified preventative maintenance procedures and assists Maintenance and outside sources with trouble-shooting testing equipment.
- Support Quality Assurance by ensuring proper inspection protocols and compliance documentation are followed.
- Train new technicians
- Participate in Lean and Kaizen activities to improve processes.
