Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and commitment to safety and quality.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with shifting priorities.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with orbital welding systems and measuring tools preferred

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain equipment, including setup, calibration, and troubleshooting.
  • Performs specified preventative maintenance procedures and assists Maintenance and outside sources with trouble-shooting testing equipment.
  • Support Quality Assurance by ensuring proper inspection protocols and compliance documentation are followed.
  • Train new technicians
  • Participate in Lean and Kaizen activities to improve processes.
