The company is seeking a detail-oriented Production Technician to help ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality packaging of their cannabis products.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum age of 21 years old per MN Office of Cannabis Management and Tribal regulations
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States per standard federal employment eligibility
• Must have reliable means of transportation to and from the worksite
• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Must be teamwork oriented, skilled in collaboration, have strong interpersonal communication, and dependability
• 3+ years of working in a team environment
• Attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in packaging or manufacturing
• Familiarity with cannabis industry regulations and verbiage

Responsibilities

• Package various types of cannabis products
• Label all products accurately with required state/tribal compliance information.
• Inspect packaged products for consistency, accuracy, and defects prior to final approval.
• Operate packaging equipment (such as sealers, heat guns, and shrink wrap machines) as needed.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and quality assurance guidelines.
