About The Position

Production Technician We’re seeking a Production Technician to assemble, test, and troubleshoot high‑precision electro‑mechanical measurement systems. You’ll work hands‑on with system hardware, software loading, calibration, alignment, and chemical handling. This role requires strong attention to detail, solid technical problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Hands‑on experience in electrical and/or mechanical assembly, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to navigate BOMs and interpret technical drawings.
  • Strong mechanical and system‑level diagnostic skills.
  • Experience with system testing and documenting results.
  • Familiarity with DVMs, and precision hand tools.
  • Effective communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to use MS Excel and other MS Office software
  • Willingness to support extended hours and weekends when needed
  • Minimum Qualifications 4 years of related experience
  • Ability to use measurement and test instruments and apply basic technical math.

Nice To Haves

  • BS in a technical discipline preferred, OR AS degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, OR Equivalent military or vocational technical training.
  • Familiarity with chemistry or chemical handling is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble, calibrate, and test electrical and mechanical sub‑systems and full systems.
  • Troubleshoot issues and perform rework as required.
  • Document product and test non‑conformances in the quality management system.
  • Navigate and interpret bills of materials (BOMs), drawings, and work instructions.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts for procedures and documentation.
  • Prepare concise technical reports and assist with test‑equipment setup.
  • Work with minimal supervision and occasionally guide or train peers.
  • Perform clean‑room work on an occasional basis.
