Production Technician
About The Position
Shifts Available: 1 st shift Monday-Friday 6:30 am - 3:00 pm ($20 starting, $20.50 after 3 months, $21.50 after 6 months) 2 nd shift Monday-Thursday 2:30 pm - 1:00 am ($20.75 starting, $21.25 after 3 months, $22.25 after 6 months) A/B shift 2-2-3 (2 on 2 off, every other weekend) 6:00 am - 6:30 pm ($20 starting, $20.50 after 3 months, $21.50 after 6 months) C shift Monday-Thursday 6:00 pm - 4:30 am ($21.50 starting, $22.00 after 3 months, $23.00 after 6 months) Qualifications/Physical Requirements For All Openings: Must be 18 years of age A high school diploma or GED preferred Basic math, computer, and tape-measuring skills Must be able to meet production standards and rates Ability to work in a team environment Must be able to do essential functions of the job, which may include lifting up to 50lbs. regularly Must be able to bend, twist, squat, kneel or stand for long periods What we Offer: Health, Dental, and Vision Options Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts Company paid life insurance, short and long-term disability Cash-in profit sharing plan and 401k match 9 paid holidays per year PTO
