About The Position

The Production Technician at Intrepid Management is responsible for facilitating the production and growth of high-quality products for patients in Utah. This role involves engaging in various production operations, ensuring the production of quality saleable products through a combination of manual and automated tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, be self-motivated, and demonstrate a willingness to collaborate with team members to achieve company objectives while maintaining a focus on efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• High school diploma or similar.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Must be able to pass a federal background check.
• Must be able to read & write in written English and communicate in verbal English.
• Punctual and accountable for attendance in accordance with company policies.
• Ability to follow work instructions.
• A positive attitude and willingness to work overtime when required.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to produce work quickly, accurately, and independently.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment to accomplish company objectives with either direct or indirect authority.
• Excellent prioritization, planning, organization, time management and multitasking skills.
• Leadership experience.
• Experience in a regulated industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, dispense, clean, build, install, assemble, sort, and/or inspect product at various stages of production from concentrate to final product.
• Operate machinery and equipment to produce products.
• Assemble and package products.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Carry out quality control procedures.
• Accurately maintain logs and records.
• Use PPE as required: gloves, lab coat, tinted eye protection.
• Perform all other duties as necessary and any additional duties assigned.
