Production Technician Trainee
About The Position
Qualifications: Knowledge or background in mechanical and technical skills helpful. Experience in the plastics industry helpful. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot machinery helpful. Able to work in a fast- paced environment along with multi-tasking. Job Duties: Learn to Perform production line changeover. Learn to know all the parameters on the machine and know how to make adjustments. Follow relevant SOP to start up and shut down production and clean out. Learn to perform diagnosis and troubleshoot machinery to obtain better productivity. Learn to Fix or replace malfunctional components. Learn to perform machine preventive maintenance and major repairs. Assist with other coworkers in production when needed. PAY BASED ON EXPERIENCE
