About The Position

To safely produce and ship quality products to our customers in a timely and efficient manner. Receive and prepare products on the polymer emulsion product line, preparing orders for shipment while following prescribed safety, quality, lean activities (5S), inventory, production and shipping processes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production operations as a product line subject matter expert
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment
• Prepare, package, label, and ship chemical products per work order instructions
• Perform shipping, receiving, material transfers, and bulk tanker loading
• Track inventory, conduct cycle counts, initiate reorders, and ensure accuracy
• Complete quality checks, weight tickets, and required shipping documentation
• Identify issues, escalate as needed, and support Lean/process improvements
• Participate in equipment maintenance, tank cleaning, and team communications
