About The Position
The Anodize Department Team Lead plays a key role in supporting the supervision of second shift production employees. This position is responsible for setting the pace on production rates, providing hands-on support, and serving as a go-to resource for training and day-to-day questions. The Team Lead helps ensure a smooth, efficient workflow while fostering a positive team environment. This role is for our second shift, which runs Monday through Thursday, 2:00 PM to 1:30 AM.
