About The Position

Production Technicians at Northwest Ordinance Distilling are responsible for operating bottling equipment, monitoring production processes, ensuring product quality, performing maintenance tasks, and maintaining cleanliness of the bottling area. Production Technicians work in small teams where relationships and teamwork help drive the success of the facility. The position operates on an alternating 2-2-3 schedule with 12-hour shifts, and team members working nightshifts receive a $2 per hour premium. The company offers quarterly bonuses based on department and plant performance that can be annualized up to $6800. Full benefit packages include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus short/long-term disability, spending accounts, and a 401k employer match. Additionally, 3-weeks of PTO is available from the hire date. There are numerous promotional opportunities within a tier-pay structure (Tiers 1-4) where employees can learn and gain skills to “tier-up.”

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to work on your feet, climbing stairs and ladders, bending, kneeling and squatting
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for operating machinery
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Detail oriented with a demonstrated ability to perform work with a high degree of accuracy
