About The Position

The Inspection, Labeling and Packaging (ILP) Technician at QuVa Pharma plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of pharmaceutical products. This full-time position involves inspecting, labeling, and packaging medications according to strict industry regulations and company standards. The role requires attention to detail and adherence to precise procedures to guarantee that medications reach patients accurately and securely. The position is for the 2nd shift, working Monday through Friday from 3 PM to 11:30 PM, based in Bloomsbury, NJ.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check
  • Ability and willingness to walk, stoop, stand, bend, and lift throughout each shift, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • 20/20 vision with or without corrective lens
  • Ability and willingness to follow strict clothing and accessory rules to support a sterile operating environment
  • Familiarity with and comfort using mobile devices such as smartphones, tablets, handhelds
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a role requiring repetitive tasks, attention to detail and individualized work, such as working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
  • Experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
  • Experience working in or around a sterile 'cleanroom'

Responsibilities

  • Prepare work areas, gather supplies, and maintain strict cleanliness standards
  • Inspect, label, and package products according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to quality and compliance standards
  • Notify management of any deviations from established processes
  • Clean, organize, and stock supplies
