About The Position

FOX Factory designs, engineers, manufactures and markets performance-defining products and systems for customers worldwide. Our premium brand, performance-defining products and systems are used primarily on bicycles, side-by-side vehicles, on-road vehicles with and without off-road capabilities, off-road vehicles and trucks, all-terrain vehicles, snowmobiles, specialty vehicles and applications, motorcycles, and commercial trucks. Some of our products are specifically designed for and marketed to a variety of leading cycling and powered vehicle original equipment manufacturers ("OEMs"), while others are distributed to consumers through a global dealer and distribution network. The position involves performing equipment setup, operation, tests, calibrations, adjustments, and minor preventative maintenance tasks on production equipment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Technical degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience required.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to solve complex problems.
  • Multi-tasker and handles pressure well.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains production machines and equipment, and cleans equipment and work floor are clean, safe, and well maintained.
  • Assembles and tests all components and equipment for safety and productivity before they are put into production.
  • Detects problems, such as mechanical errors, safety issues, and inefficiencies; debugs and provides potential solutions in processes, products, and equipment.
  • Ensures products are working exactly as intended, and are free of defects or other issues.
  • Interacts with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Engineering, and field personnel.
  • Adheres to all applicable regulations, manufacturing practices, standard operating procedures, and policies for health, safety, quality, efficiency, and environmental compliance.
  • Maintains quality standards by inspecting and testing finished products, prior to full-scale production and periodically afterwards.
  • Performs a wider range of maintenance and service tasks, processes, and ships orders.
  • Receives and handles material.
  • Supports the inventory process.
  • Does Iprocurement for IR and other parts.
