About the position

SprintRay is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a ground-floor opportunity as a resin production technician. As the only 3D printing company providing a complete user experience for digital dentistry, we are looking for someone to help us maintain the high quality of our products from start to finish. In this role, you will be responsible for mixing resins, monitoring inventory, conducting routine equipment checks and preventative maintenance, and staging materials for optimal efficiency. Additionally, you will be expected to follow safety procedures and assist with rework to ensure effective completion. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of material science, as well as experience in a lab environment. If you have strong time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities

  • Following Standard Operating Procedures for mixing resins
  • Routine checks and preventative maintenance of equipment
  • Bottling, labeling and packaging of finished product
  • Preparing raw materials and monitoring resin inventory
  • Staging material ahead of time for efficiency
  • Lifting and moving materials for production purposes
  • Preparing resin manufacturing documentation and reports
  • Following safety rules and procedures
  • Performing all assigned duties required to ensure a clean, organized and safe production facility
  • Assisting with rework to ensure effective completion

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in a lab environment, manufacturing, characterizing and testing polymer resins
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic material science knowledge
  • Flexible scheduling (as needed)
  • Experience using scales and balances
  • Familiarity with products in dental field is a plus
