About The Position

Typical Accountabilities: Works within a team to achieve operational and technical delivery against defined production and quality targets Ensures raw materials and products meet the agreed product specification and production schedule Resolves routine issues that arise with manufacturing equipment or production processes to ensure continuity of production line Develops knowledge of equipment and processes within own team or area Escalates more complex issues to more senior employees Provides more involved technical support to Manufacturing and other aligned support services to deliver line performance and continuous improvement projects Ensures line equipment is set up and run in accordance with the agreed settings and parameters Ensures adherence to Safety, Health and Environment, Good Manufacturing Practice of own work and work of other employees Develops capability to provide assistance to varied projects and deliverables Ensures adherence to timelines to support project managers as necessary Reviews work practices and proposes changes to enhance functional effectiveness Delivers informal training to meet the line and business needs Typical People Management Responsibility (direct / indirect reports): Approximate number of people managed in total (all levels) - 0 What is the global remit? Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
