About The Position

ALK Abello' Source Materials, Inc., a leading manufacturer of quality allergenic biological source materials, and a member of the global ALK-Abello' group of companies, is recruiting for our open Production Technician I-III position. This is a regular, full-time, benefits-eligible position.  Join our stable and growing company and provide leadership and expertise to our workforce located in our 150,000 square foot facility in Post Falls, ID. The Production Technician is responsible for performing tasks, processes and tests on products for production and/or shipping that could include chemical processing, grinding, drying, sieving, filling product bottles, weighing, and aseptic processing. Other responsibilities include completing all required production records accurately and in a timely fashion, filling customer product orders and update inventory distributions, auditing supplies and ensure needed supplies are available. The position also entails the proper disposal of biohazard materials, chemicals and hazardous wastes, and setting up, assembling, cleaning and maintaining production equipment, supplies and machinery, as well as working in compliance with and give input to creating or updating protocols and SOP's. The successful candidate will have a High School Diploma and manufacturing work experience, preferably in a Pharmaceutical environment. Demonstration of excellent communication, facilitation skills and teamwork are a must. cGMP experience preferred.   All positions at ASM require the ability to comfortably and safely work around insect venoms, allergens, hazardous chemicals, solvents and other laboratory reagents.
