About The Position

As a Consumables Production Technician, you will assemble, inspect, test, and package Unchained Labs consumables that go with our instruments such as Unis, Aunty plates, Unas, and Unfilters. You’ll be joining us in a full-time role within a clean, high-tech manufacturing environment, with the opportunity for occasional overtime as needed to meet team goals. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or vocational training preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, with excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, technical drawings, and procedures
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a focus on organization and maintaining a clean workspace
  • Ability to work independently while managing daily and weekly production goals
  • Quick learner with a flexible, adaptable approach in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Perform precise processing and assembly of plastic, glass, and metal components used in consumable products
  • Inspect delicate components with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met
  • Complete required documentation, including quality control records and issue reports, to support continuous improvement efforts
  • Collaborate with the team to meet production targets and customer demand, including occasional overtime when necessary
  • Inspect, package, and prepare finished goods for shipment in accordance with company standards
  • Proactively contributes ideas and feedback to improve processes, efficiency, and product quality
