About The Position

As a Production Technician Associate at XPO, you will be responsible for identifying and performing repetitive assembly of various trailer component parts using blueprints or work instructions. You will use various measuring and inspection instruments, power tools, and hand tools in a safe manner. The role requires recommending measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality standards. You will also organize parts and equipment to maximize efficiency within the department, maintain a professional demeanor, and communicate in a respectful and collaborative manner. Following directions and being adaptable to changing conditions and expectations is essential, as is collaborating and supporting other members of the company. Punctual and reliable attendance is expected, along with demonstrating the company's core values and complying with all company policies and procedures. Other duties may be assigned by management.
