About The Position
The Production Technician will provide general support to production staff on the manufacturing floor. Duties include counting, sorting, and cleaning parts, as well as some sander/grinder operation as needed. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Main tasks will include counting, sorting, and cleaning parts Work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to change tasks according to prioritized jobs No prior experience or training necessary
Requirements
- Basic computer, mathematical, reading and writing knowledge required
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to operate a palm sander, air grinder, oscillating sander, and bench grinder
- Required to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time
- Required to reach with hands and arms
- Regularly required to lift and move up to 10 pounds
