About The Position

As a Trek Production Technician, the role involves ensuring bikes run flawlessly and building relationships with customers. This Lead Technician position focuses on quickly and consistently repairing bikes with a high degree of accuracy and quality. The individual will be responsible for completing over 50% of the team's total repairs and will handle the most complex repairs, requiring elevated technical skills, communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. The job offers a flexible work schedule, potential for increased pay based on efficiency, minimal customer interaction, and access to industry-best tools, with potential for paid travel to other US based Trek Stores.
