Production Tech- Cleaning and Processing Dept Lead
About The Position
REPORTING TO The Cleaning/Processing Manager ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Main tasks will include counting, sorting, and cleaning parts Processing and Cleaning part Work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to change tasks according to prioritized jobs work with sheet metal and operate machinery Work with supervisors to ensure priority jobs are scheduled. Meet daily with the managers on efficiency and fill out efficiency data reports. Update the GEMBA board daily. Allocate jobs and equipment based on production needs. Other job duties may be added as required. Lead dept employees and follow-up their work progress PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Warehouse environment where temperature ranges based on seasonal weather Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, pull, and push with hands and arms, reach overhead, and talk or hear Frequently required to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb or balance Occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh up to 50 lbs.
