Responsibilities
- Assemble high-quality trolling motors – from sub-assemblies to main builds
- Test final products to ensure top-tier performance
- Build and test remotes & foot buttons for seamless operation
- Use pneumatic tools and other industry-standard equipment
- Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals
