About The Position

Partners Coffee is a small-batch roaster in Bushwick, New York, focused on sourcing and roasting exceptional coffee. They roast daily on Probat roasters out of a bright, spacious warehouse that is conveniently located near public transportation and filled with passionate people. The company is looking for friendly, hardworking individuals to join their production team, helping to fill and pack coffee and other products. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented. Members of the production team regularly have opportunities to move into other roles within the company, including roasting, baristas, and sales.

Requirements

• Friendly
• Reliable

• Ability to reach with hands and arms
• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per day
• Ability to walk throughout the facility
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds throughout the day, with assistance available for heavier items
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs
• Ability to hear and perceive mechanical sound cues
• Ability to perform repetitive movements of the hands and wrists throughout the day

Nice To Haves

• Valid driver's license
