About The Position

Custom Glass Solutions is growing – and we’re looking for hardworking, motivated individuals to join our Production Team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. Whether you're just starting out or have experience working with glass or in a manufacturing setting, this is your chance to grow with a company that truly values its people. 10-Hour Shifts: Monday–Thursday 4 PM – 2 AM Shift provides $2 premium additional per hour to base rate of pay Base pay begins at $20 per hour At 60 Days, increase to $21.00/hr with satisfactory performance At 90 Days, increase to $22.00 with satisfactory performance At Custom Glass Solutions we provide professional, knowledgeable, efficient and honest service, all while being respectful and building strong customer relationships. Requirements

Reliable team players who show up ready to work
Physically able to lift 30–75 lbs throughout the shift
Willing to learn, grow, and take initiative
Attention to detail and commitment to safety
Willing and able to work the scheduled hours of the shift including required overtime

Nice To Haves

Experience in glass or manufacturing is a plus

Responsibilities

Operate various machines and manufacturing equipment
Load and handle glass materials with care
Package finished products for customer delivery
Follow safety and quality procedures at all times
Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment as needed
