In this role, you will oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met. You will oversee the training and development of team members, maintain a clean and safe working environment, and ensure all products meet quality standards. You will also collaborate with the Operations Manager to address challenges, provide updates, and implement process improvements. Requirements

- 2+ years of production or manufacturing experience
- Reliable and on-time
- Basic math skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
