Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any field and/or 5 years' experience in manufacturing/production setting.
• 3-5 years' experience in a manager level role required, must have lead managers.
• Experience in P/L Management and workforce planning.
• Demonstrated experience in coaching and developing high performing teams.
• Working knowledge of SAP ERP software, including reporting and analysis.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with SQDCP.
• Knowledge of LEAN/process/continuous improvement concepts and principles.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 5 Department Managers and ensure high quality decorated garments production for student athletes.
• Ensure a safe work environment and mentor team members.
• Collaborate with various teams across the organization to meet KPIs.
• Drive change and continuous improvement within the production team.
