Production Team Members - All Shifts - $20 - $24 starting pay
About The Position
Custom Glass Solutions is growing – and we’re looking for hardworking, motivated individuals to join our Production Team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. Whether you're just starting out or have experience working with glass or in a factory setting, this is your chance to grow with a company that truly values its people. Hourly pay begins at $20 per hour At 60 Days, increase to $21.00/hr with satisfactory performance At 90 Days, increase to $22.00 with satisfactory performance Production departments also include additional opportunities for +$1.50/hr premium, totaling $3.50/hr in additional premiums to the $20-22 starting pay progression. Start working at CGS as much as $23.50/hr from day one and earn up to $25.50 per hour within 90 days.
Requirements
- Reliable team players who show up ready to work
- Physically able to lift 30–75 lbs throughout the shift
- Willing to learn, grow, and take initiative
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Willing and able to work any of the following shifts and scheduled overtime as required
Nice To Haves
- Experience in glass or manufacturing is a plus
Responsibilities
- Operate various machines and manufacturing equipment
- Load and handle glass materials with care
- Package finished products for customer delivery
- Follow safety and quality procedures at all times
- Operate forklifts, and other material-handling equipment as needed
