Position Summary

The Production Team Member in Evis supports poultry processing operations by performing inspection, sorting, and rework tasks to ensure product quality, food safety, and efficient production flow. This role works as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment and follows established safety and quality standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Ability to follow safety, food safety, and quality procedures
• Willingness to learn and perform inspection, sorting, and rework tasks as trained
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to read and interpret documents in English or Spanish, such as safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to complete checklists.

Responsibilities

• Perform sorting and inspection of raw poultry product to ensure quality and food safety standards are met
• Work at a steady pace on a production line while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Identify and separate product that does not meet specifications
• Perform rework on product as trained and directed
• Use approved tools and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines
• Follow all food safety, quality, and sanitation procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members, leads, and Quality Assurance to maintain product flow
