About The Position
We’re hiring full-time Production Team Members to join our cookie manufacturing facility during daytime operating hours. This is a manufacturing and production role based in our facility, not a retail store position. This role supports daily production by sorting and packaging cookies, portioning dough, assisting with baking, and keeping the production area clean and organized. This is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, works well on a team, and is ready to learn in a fast-paced food production environment.
Requirements
- Full-time daytime availability required
- No experience required; training provided
- Dependable and detail-oriented
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift as needed
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset

Responsibilities
- Sort, inspect, and package cookies
- Help portion dough and support baking production
- Follow food safety, cleanliness, and production standards
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked
- Assist with general production tasks as needed
- Work with the team to meet daily production goals
