Production Team Member - Temp
About The Position
This is position is temporary position with potential for full time conversion after 90 days of employment. Contingent upon available openings and candidate meeting the probationary requirements. Job Responsibilities: Completion of general safety training. Completion of ISO training. Completion of Forklift safety training. Ability to operate packaging equipment and machines. Familiarity with packaging specifications. Identify quality issues and report to Production Lead. Maintain a clean work environment. Quickly respond to any line stops and assist in making the line operational again. Maintain an organized supply of production supplies, and report any shortages to Production Lead. Prepare for shift and proactively plan for items needed during production to minimize lost time. Perform any other task assigned by the Production Lead.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50-100lbs.
- Must be able to stand 8-12 hours.
- Basic math skills required.
Nice To Haves
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- 1-2 years manufacturing experience preferred.
